Hi! My name is Lindsey

I am a jewellery addict! I have loved jewellery for as long as I can remember. When I was young I would make beaded jewellery and friendship bands. When I was 14 my parents bought a sterling silver bangle for me for Christmas from a friend of theirs who is a silversmith. We went to his home studio and I got to choose a piece. This was a pivotal point for me and I started thinking that this was what I wanted to do. The next year in grade 10 we had a week of work experience. I went to work with a local jeweller for the week in their home studio. It was amazing and after that I was sure I wanted to make jewellery and preferably from my home! Not feeling like I was a creative or artistic person I didn't have the courage to pursue jewellery at school. It wasn't until I was 25 that I did a short Adult education course in silversmithing. As they say the rest is history! My parents helped buy me some tools and my husband set me up a little home studio!
