I have made blob cuffs and bangles for years. My cuffs have always been a wider and chunkier silver. However I had a customer request a thinner cuff and it was so good I decided to make myself one and I haven't taken it off!
They are designed to be gently squeezed to your wrist so that the ends meet. However you can wear it with the ends open and having a gap like a normal cuff. If you decide to squeeze it shut, this needs to be done gently and not something you take on and off everyday. It will eventually break if you do.
